Short version: this service is for parents. We don't create accounts for children, we never ask for a child's name, age, school or photo, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
An account, only if you create one: a username you pick and a password (hashed — we cannot read it). No email required, no phone number required.
What you generated: the coloring pages you made and the words you typed to make them, so you can find and reprint them later.
An anonymous cookie that counts your free pages. It contains a random ID and nothing else.
Children's names, ages, schools, or any information that identifies a child. The age band you pick (3–5 / 6–8 / 9–12) only changes line thickness and is not tied to a person.
Photos. If you ever upload one, it is used for that single request and deleted immediately — it is not written to disk, not backed up and never used to train anything.
Payment card details. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; we only receive confirmation that an order was paid.
This site is intended for parents and teachers, not for children to use on their own. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has entered personal information here, email us and we will delete it — no verification hoops.
Our servers run on Alibaba Cloud outside the United States. The image model that draws your coloring pages (Alibaba Cloud DashScope) processes the request in mainland China. If you are in the EU or UK, that is an international transfer — we are telling you because you should be able to decide before you type anything.
Photos you upload for photo-to-coloring or the art evaluation are never written to disk. They are held in memory, sent to the model, and dropped. What we keep is the file size in bytes — nothing else about the image.
Your IP address is hashed before it is stored, and the hash is used for one thing only: counting free sheets so one visitor cannot take the whole week's quota.
The account holder is an adult. We do not ask a child for a name, an email, a birthday, a photo of themselves, or anything else — the sheets need none of it.
We do not serve advertising, do not build profiles, and do not sell or share anything with data brokers. There is nothing here to target a child with.
A parent or guardian can ask what we hold on their family's account, and ask us to delete it, by emailing xhuajia2026@126.com. We do not require proof of identity beyond replying from the account's own email address, and we do not charge for it.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email xhuajia2026@126.com and we answer within 30 days — in practice, within a few days.
Our legal bases: performing the contract (a paid membership, the sheets you asked us to generate), and legitimate interest (stopping abuse of the free quota, keeping the service running). We do not rely on consent for tracking because we do not track.
How long we keep things: account and generation records stay until you ask us to delete them. Free-quota counters roll off automatically. Payment records are kept as long as the payment processor requires for their own compliance.
The text you type to generate a coloring page is sent to our image model provider (Alibaba Cloud DashScope) to draw the picture. Nothing else is shared.
We do not run advertising trackers. There is no Facebook pixel, no ad network, no data broker.
Email xhuajia2026@126.com from the account you want removed, and we delete the account and everything generated under it within 7 days.
