How to use this sheet

- Putting a day into a picture and then into words. Kids who freeze at a blank line can usually write once they've drawn.
- · Draw first, write second. The other order stalls.
- · Two sentences is a finished page. Asking for more is how journals get abandoned.
- · The lines are primary ruled — the dashed middle line is where lowercase letters stop.
