Routine & chore charts

Morning routine, bedtime, chores or a practice log — one week per page, with blank rows to add your own.

So you stop saying "hurry up" twenty times a morning.

What it practises
Running their own morning. They follow the chart instead of following your voice.
  • · Keep it to four to six items. Longer lists quietly die (you don't have to use the blank rows).
  • · Stickers for the days they do it. Don't erase the days they didn't — seeing the streak is the whole mechanism.
  • · Put it on the fridge or at their eye level. In a drawer, it stops existing.
